WFH or RTO?
According to our recent survey, the majority of employees and employers have similar working preferences – almost three in four employees report preferring hybrid work to a full return to office or fully remote work. Around three in four of US employers plan to implement hybrid working policies by the end of 2024.
However, it's all about the 'how' of office returns, not the 'whether.' Lack of flexibility in mandates, offices not fit for purpose, and uninformed communications are driving the tension gap between organizations and their employees.
